DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Leonardo Martinez, 59, of 1100 W. Diamond, was arrested Sept. 7 and charged with his fourth offense. The case has been turned over to Butte District Court.
Randy Weist, 27, of Anaconda, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with his fourth offense. The case has been turned over to Butte District Court.
Raymond Short, 21, of 1011 Nevada, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to driving under the influence, reckless driving while eluding police and failure to have head lamps lighted. Short was fined $1,815 and must attend alcohol awareness class. He also received a one-day jail sentence.
Tina Salminen, 33, of 1117 S. Wyoming, pleaded guilty Aug. 5 to driving under the influence (second offense), unlawful possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in the vehicle, driving with a suspended driver's license, and failure to have car lamps lighted when required. Salminen was fined $1,645, and must attend alcohol awareness class. She also received a six-month jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended.
Damien Sullivan, 27, of Anaconda, pleaded guilty Aug. 11 to driving under the influence (per se), careless driving, and driving with a suspended driver's license. Sullivan was fined $1,295 and must attend alcohol awareness class. He also received a one-day jail sentence and a six-month jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
Kristina Herrera, 35, of 635 W. Quartz, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to driving under the influence, driving without liability insurance, and failure to signal with 100 feet. Herrera was fined $1,125 and must attend alcohol awareness class. She also received a one-day jail sentence.
Leslie Ocks, 60, of 3000 Hannibal, pleaded guilty July 28 to driving under the influence and turning when unsafe to do so. Ocks was fined $815 and must attend alcohol awareness class. He also received a one-day jail sentence.
Richelle Thome, 16, of 1940 Utah, pleaded guilty Aug 7 to driving under the influence and driving with an expired registration. Thome was fined $815 and must attend alcohol awareness class.
James Aylward, 54, of 2911 Hanson Road, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 and was fined $685. Aylward was fined $685 and must attend alcohol awareness class. He also received a one-day jail sentence.
